Homeowners in Calgary and surrounding areas can lock in a reduced rate of $18 per linear foot—a savings of up to 20% off regular pricing. These promotional terms outline eligibility, pricing, requirements, and conditions related to this exclusive summer offer.

1. Promotional Rate

​

• The promotional rate of $22 per linear foot applies exclusively to Celebright permanent outdoor LED lighting installations booked with Illuminate Solar & Electrical Ltd. before November 30, 2025.

• This rate reflects a discount of up to 20% off standard pricing.

 

2. Eligibility

​

• Offer valid for residential properties only within Calgary and surrounding communities serviced by Illuminate Solar & Electrical Ltd.

• Bookings must include a signed agreement and received deposit by 11:59 PM MDT on November 30, 2025 to qualify for promotional pricing.

• Installation may occur after the promotion deadline, subject to scheduling availability.

 

3. Minimum Installation Size

​

• A minimum of 100 linear feet of lighting is required to qualify for this promotion.

• This represents a minimum total cost of $2,200.00 before tax.

 

4. Payment Terms

​

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the promotional rate and confirm your installation appointment.

• The remaining balance is due upon completion of the installation, after system activation, and following a walkthrough with the customer to ensure full completion and satisfaction.

5. Scope of Work

​

• This promotional rate applies only to the supply and installation of Celebright permanent lighting systems.

• Any additional electrical work, upgrades, or modifications (e.g., soffit repairs, panel upgrades, smart home integration) are not included and will be quoted separately.

 

6. Cancellations & Refunds

​

• Bookings canceled before signing the agreement and making a deposit will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made after the agreement is signed and deposit is received will be refunded minus a $250 administrative fee and the cost of any custom-ordered materials.

 

7. Scheduling & Weather Conditions

​

• Installations are scheduled on a first-booked, first-served basis.

• Dates are subject to change based on weather, product availability, and site access.

• Illuminate Solar & Electrical Ltd. reserves the right to reschedule installations if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

 

8. Warranty Coverage

​

• All Celebright holiday lighting installations performed by Illuminate Solar & Electrical Ltd. include a limited lifetime warranty, which covers both the product and workmanship for 25 years.

• This warranty is among the most comprehensive in Calgary, ensuring long-term peace of mind.

9. Offer Limitations

• This promotion cannot be combined with other discounts, referral incentives, or seasonal offers.

• One promotional rate per household or property address.

• Offer is valid for new bookings only and does not apply to previously quoted or scheduled projects.

 

10. Right to Modify or End Promotion

​

• Illuminate Solar & Electrical Ltd. reserves the right to amend or discontinue this promotion at any time before the November 30, 2025 deadline, without prior notice.
